At Lulu’s Hair Co., all sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any hair products, wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, or custom orders.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can review the issue.
